When we set out on a task of just fending for ourselves, there is no room for thinking about milestones. Similar is the story with the Sitaram Diwan Chand chole bhature and its journey. The hard work of Sitaram Diwan Chand ji and the admiration for chole bhature let us to tremendous heights that we hardly imagined. Therefore, we believe this food journey which started on a cart has been worthwhile.
\nChole bhature has become one of the most celebrated dishes over the decades and Sitaram Dieanchand\u2019s chole bhature has been its witness for most of the period. The sheer fact that a food otherwise made exclusively at home was available in the food cart. And the best part was the taste being parallel to the home cooked bhatures and chole. As is the case with many businesses, ,there comes a time when one has to shift gears to move on to the next level. The food cart became an outlet and saw even more acceptance.
\nIn recent times, the immense support has helped us take giant strides. Whether it is the addition of summer special liquid refreshments like aam panna,lassi and kulfi sticks or going indigenous; we have set a new mark each time. Once again, none of it would have been possible without the belief of both Sitaram Diwanchand and the foodies who throng in numbers. After some hiccups right from the start of this year, we are back in business and how.
