Chole bhature is pretty much omnipresent in the current times but all was not the same some four decades ago. A very rarely known dish sold by the humble Sitaram Diwan Chand ji, chole bhature briught what they now call the concept of \u201cbringing out home cooked food to the masses\u201d. Back in the day, no such concept was not in the mind of our beloved predecessor and founder. Rather it was an effort to let Delhi people taste the freshness and simplicity of a food which was also appetizing. The dish got more than a welcome as we saw the rise which very people or business could have dreamt of.<\/p>\n
