The bare-bones operation, which consisted of nothing but a bicycle to transport, was the beginning of something great, something unusual.

A decade later, our chole bhature popularity grew rapidly as more people noticed the delights of a plate of chole bhature that ticked all the boxes: flavor, availability, and price.
